Help Lost Pet Services Purchase
a Universal Microchip Scanner

In an effort to improve the level of service that we provide to our members and pets of our community, the Facebook group Lost Found Pets 941 (Manatee & Sarasota) / Lost Pet Services, Inc. is raising funds to purchase a universal microchip scanner to assist with found pets and help bring closure to families when a deceased pet is found.  The scanner will be available for emergency and after-hours situations on a case-by-case basis.

Any funds raised above and beyond what is needed to purchase the scanner will be allocated toward our future goals stated below.

Your donation, no matter how small, can help us.  If you are unable to donate, please share and spread the word to friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers about the importance of our nonprofit organization and the hundreds of pets we reunite with their owners each month.

Your donation will help us accomplish our goals of reuniting more lost pets by:

  • offering assistance with microchipping and tagging reunited pets

  • helping with medical care for injured found (stray) pets*

  • supporting those in the community unable to afford spaying or neutering of their reunited pets

  • providing temporary kennel care for found pets*

  • helping owners with financial difficulties with shelter fees when their pets have been brought to Animal Services

Your support will help make these goals happen.  Thank you for your support.

We are a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Our mission is to help reunite lost and found pets with their owners and reduce the number of pets brought into our already overcrowded local shelters.  We have reunited thousands of lost pets and want to do more.
