Bunnies are not only cute and perky, they are very good-natured bunnies who are also tolerant of kids as well, and as such, they make wonderful pets for kids and adults alike. They also tend to be well-mannered, friendly, and easily trained. But not best for real young children as they are very fragile. Being litter trained.

The pets Lost Pet Services has available were either strays whose owners were never found or have been surrendered to us.
All pets are spayed or neutered, are up to date on their shots and microchipped with a free life-time registration. Their foster will be contacting you and a home visit, references and application are required. ** PLEASE DO NOT CALL. THERE WILL BE NO MEETINGS PRIOR TO REFERENCE CHECKS. **

For the others who didn't find their way home . . .
One of Lost Pet Services main goals is to help reduce the number of strays brought into our already overcrowded shelters.
Here you will find some of those pets whose owners were never found them. LEAD SRQ in Sarasota County and The Furry Friends of Manatee County Both are 100% volunteer organizations that work with our local shelters to find these pets homes.
In Sarasota County, LEADsrq works hard to place strays whose owners were never found into loving homes.
The Furry Friends of Manatee County works hard to place strays from the Manatee County area into loving homes.
When it comes time for a new addition to your family,
consider one of these pets who never made it back home.
