Life-Saving Diaphragmatic Hernia Surgery

Parker is a precious 4-month-old mini dachshund and a recent college graduate's dream puppy. Born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia, this tiny puppy requires a very delicate and costly major surgery to survive. With his owner having just graduated and unable to afford the specialized procedure on her own, PAWs Project assistance stepped in to give this sweet little pup the chance at a long, happy life he deserves.
