Prada

Life-Saving Surgery for Senior Dog

Prada

Tiny, little Prada, a 13 year old senior chihuahua, was in very bad condition. She was suffering from both a nectrotic vaginal polyp and a several mammory tumors.

Her single mom was unable to afford the bill but couldn't imagine having to put her beloved pup to sleep as her only recourse due to lack of funds.

Prada's mom reached out to Lost Pet Services for help. We were able to get Prada scheduled for surgery which removed the tumors, necrotic polyp and she was spayed at the same time.

Prada's mom said this, "Good morning Patty☀️ I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart❤️ I'm at the Suncoast Veterinary Specialist now picking up Prada🥰🐕💕✨ I have been a mess the past few days worrying about Prada & you saved her💖 I want you to know you saved me too💫 She is my everything & I am so grateful for you🙏🏼❤️"

Funding for this was made possible through our Medical Assistance Program for emergency, trauma and surgical cases with a grant from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County through their Animal Welfare Grant Program thanks to the Martha Leiter and Nancy Streetman Fund I and Robert Parker Fund.
