Life-threatening Neck Injury

Rocky

Rocky was a stray who was found with horrific injuries to his neck and multiple injuries to his legs requiring immediate surgery.

The source of the injuries was unknown but his doctor believed they were at least 1 - 2 week's old when he was found based on the severity of the infections. His neck required extensive surgery and he remained in medical foster care for 10 days. After his medical foster care, he went on to live with his foster family who is now his forever family.

He has fully recovered from his injuries. Rocky is now happy with new fur siblings and two parents who love him dearly. Rocky's care exceeded $2,400.

Rocky's recovery and care took a village. We thank Animal ER of University Park, Braden River Animal Hospital, Hagan's Pet Resort, and Iris Eastman for caring for him during his recovery.
