Ziggy Wears a Heart on His Head

Ziggy

Baby Zig needed surgery for bladder stones and crystals that had built up in his system. A cystotomy. His mom is on disability and needed our help. Ziggy is a 15 lb. chihuahua. He’s a real cutie pie. We reached out to our friends at Loving Care Animal Hospital to help us.

Ziggy is doing great.

We received this nice letter from his family:

"Dear Lost Pet Services and Patty, we would like to express our sincere and profound admiration for your outstanding efforts in saving our baby Zig's life. We appreciate everything that you have done over the past several weeks when he had that scary diagnosis and could die.❤

Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for all your help saving Zig's life.❤

You folks at Lost Pet Services, do a fantastic job saving all these little angels! You are indeed an inspiration to all of us! Keep it up, helping all these pets, and thank you once again!❤
Sincerely,
Adriana & Eliete"

Funding for this was made possible through our Medical Assistance Program for emergency, trauma and surgical cases from the grant from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County through their Animal Welfare Grant Program thanks to the Martha Leiter and Nancy Streetman Fund I and Robert Parker Fund.
