 How does my donation help?

As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our medical assistance program assures that a medical crisis will not result in the surrender or unnecessary euthanasia of a beloved pet due to financial reasons.

We facilitate both emergency and trauma cases as well as basic, non-emergency or routine vet care for owners unable to afford such services.

Your donation will help us accomplish our goals of saving more sick, injured and lost lost pets by:

  • helping with medical care for injured found (stray) pets* when their owners cannot be found

  • providing medical care for owned sick or injured pets so owners do not have to surrender them to the county to get them the medical care they need*

  • helping owners with financial difficulties with shelter or rescue reclaim fees when their pets have been taken into a local shelter or into a rescue

  • offering free microchips and free ID tags

  • providing free lost or found pet flyers for anyone needing them

  • donate microchip scanners to local first responders and volunteers

  • provide safety-net resources such as food, bedding, collars, leashes, cat litter, crates for those in need

  • provide pet rental deposit grants so owners do not need to surrender their pets due to lack of finances

  • pay shelter reclaim fees for owners who lack funds but want to keep their pets

Your support will help make these goals happen.  Read more about our mission and our story here.
